Our menus are exclusively created by Carriage House Catering and Special Events.

The following information has been designed to help you begin planning  your event. Each event is special and unique with its own style. The Carriage House has developed these sample menus as a starting point.  You can also contact Carriage House Catering to schedule a time to work with the chef to customize your own!

Services and Frequently Asked Questions

Carriage House Catering will be happy to meet with you to custom plan your menu and event.

Floor length table linen is provided for all food, drink, guest seating, high boy, gift and dj tables.  We provide ivory, white and black linen and over 30 different beautiful overlay colors to choose from.

Uniformed servers (White oxford shirt, bow-tie and black slacks) will be provided or if the event is casual our event staff will wear black slacks and a black logo golf shirt.

All buffets will be set with linens, china, silver chafing dishes and appropriate serving pieces.

All packages includes china plates, silverware, chafing dishes, silver serving pieces and paper napkins for menu levels I, II and III. White linen napkins are included for menu levels IV and V.

We can customize a menu to suit your needs and/or additional items may be added to menus and will be quoted by Carriage House Catering.

All nonalcoholic beverages as well as any mixers for your bar are also provided by Carriage House Catering.
